Rahul Srivastava

Rahul Srivastava is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and campus recruitment across various industries. As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. since February 2025, Rahul is responsible for strategizing hiring efforts, especially focusing on diversity initiatives. Prior to this role, Rahul served as the Associate Director at KPMG India, where responsibilities included developing campus recruitment strategies and fostering relationships with educational institutions. Previous positions include Assistant Vice President at Meytier Inc., Deputy Manager at Panasonic Life Solutions, and Manager at Accenture, where significant achievements in talent acquisition and recruitment management are evident. Rahul holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and completed an Operational Development Programme at the Institute of Leadership Management in the UK.
