Rory Osborough

Rory Osborough is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) with a strong background in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Business Partner at Shepherd and Wedderburn since November 2025, Rory previously held positions including HR Manager at Isio, Senior Consultant at EY, and Human Resources Consultant roles at NatWest Group and RBS. Rory's expertise includes employee relations case management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR consultancy within the financial services sector. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Croydon College and a degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling.
