Daniel Drasin

Chief Development Officer at Shift4

Daniel Drasin is the current Chief Development Officer at Shift4. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director, Food & Beverage Development, Hospitality at Oracle from September 2014 to March 2018. In this role, they had global responsibility for all product development and delivery of all of Oracle's Hospitality Global Business Unit's Food & Beverage software solutions. Daniel also led teams in all geographies, including the US, Europe, India, and Latin America.

Prior to their time at Oracle, Drasin was the Vice President of Restaurant Development at Micros Systems from September 2010 to October 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development of new restaurant concepts and overseeing the construction and opening of new restaurants. Daniel also oversaw the operations of existing restaurants and developed new menu items.

Before joining Micros Systems, Drasin was the Sr Director of Development at Prematics from July 2009 to September 2010. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development of new software products and for managing a team of software engineers. Daniel also oversaw the testing and quality assurance of new software products.

Daniel Drasin has a BA in Computer Science, Math, and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington. Daniel has a certification from Sun Microsystems in Sun Certified Java Developer.
