Ralph Setton

Ralph Setton, Esq. currently serves as the Head of Operations at Shihiko since April 2024, following a tenure at Thursday Boot Company where Ralph held the position of Director of Supply Chain & Logistics from May 2019 to April 2024. In this role, Ralph managed global supply chain operations encompassing freight and 40 production facilities while implementing standardized systems for improved efficiency. Ralph also worked as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain & Logistics, focusing on KPI analysis and inventory planning for D2C and B2B channels with revenues up to $150M. Prior experience includes serving as Supply Chain Operations Manager at IL MAKIAGE, where Ralph oversaw inventory workflows for significant revenue channels, and as Retail Operations Manager at The White Company, enhancing operational efficiency and inventory management. Ralph's career began at Reiss, where Ralph advanced from Operations Manager to Flagship Operations Manager. Ralph holds a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Law and Policy from Baruch College.
