Head of Demand Generation at Shippo

Jennifer Senwoo is currently the Head of Demand Generation at Shippo. Prior to this, they were the Director of Growth Marketing at Toast from February 2022 to July 2022. At Toast, Jennifer was responsible for the all-in-one platform built for restaurants. Jennifer was also responsible for connecting employees, operations, and guests on a reliable, easy-to-use platform.

From March 2020 to February 2022, Jennifer was the Head of Demand Gen at Shippo. In this role, they were responsible for devising processes to own acquisition and strategies through performance marketing channels, including events (digital & physical), SEM, growth hacking, affiliate marketing, ABM & outbound, etc. Additionally, they were responsible for creating and presenting quarterly demand generation forecasts defining new revenue goals and go-to-market campaigns.

During their time at Shippo, Jennifer also established the organization’s first “Post-Bound" program to help nurture leads not directly attributed through sign-ups (i.e., content downloads) with the intent to activate and generate net-new revenue. Additionally, they conceived, designed, and implemented the company's first ABM initiative for the outbound sales team which resulted in a $180k closed-won deal.

Jennifer Senwoo has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
