Frank Kelly is a Partner in Global Product Liability Litigation at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, where responsibilities include counseling corporate clients on complex jury trials in various industries including tobacco, automobile, transportation, agribusiness, and construction since 2001. Additionally, Frank Kelly has served as an Executive Committee Member of The American College of Trial Lawyers since 1997, and previously worked as a Partner at Dryden, Margoles, Schimaneck, Kelly & Wait from 1978 to 2001. Frank Kelly holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
