Shrenik Golechha

Shrenik Golechha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and growth strategy. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at shopflo since April 2025, Shrenik previously held the same title at inai (YC S21) from April 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities included driving growth strategies, operational support, and investor relations. Prior to that role, Shrenik contributed to international growth at Airmeet from September 2020 to March 2022, focusing on the Middle East and Africa region through growth strategies and client retention. Additionally, Shrenik briefly held a position at Visit Health in growth and alliance and led projects at the Nirmaan Organization from April 2018 to April 2020. Shrenik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus, completed in December 2020.
