Kiel Herzog

Kiel Herzog is an experienced professional in the field of solutions engineering, currently serving as a Staff Solutions Engineer for Enterprise at Shopify since May 2018, after progressing through roles including Senior Solutions Engineer and Solutions Engineer. Prior to Shopify, Kiel worked at Waypoint (formerly Ocius Digital) as Project Implementation Lead and Project Support Executive, and held multiple managerial roles at Vend, including APAC Support Manager and EMEA Support Manager, where responsibilities included the establishment of a new office in Berlin. Kiel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Victoria University of Wellington and a Diploma in Audio Engineering from SAE Auckland.
