Fiona Lau is currently the COO at SHOPLINE. Prior to that, they were a Senior Financial Analyst at Hong Kong Disneyland from August 2010 to September 2013. While at Hong Kong Disneyland, Fiona was responsible for assessment of long-term business opportunities, land use potential and strategic initiatives for Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. This included creating business justifications and feasibility analysis on new attractions, F&B, merchandise outlets, entertainment offerings and hotels. Fiona also collaborated with all lines of business and The Walt Disney Company to identify 10 - 20 year strategy for HKDL.
Before their time at Hong Kong Disneyland, Fiona was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in their Global Investment Research - Consumer Retail division from July 2008 to August 2010.
Fiona Lau has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of Chicago. Fiona also has a certification from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
