Rhema Fernandes is a dedicated professional with experience in student success and outreach, digital marketing, and health equity initiatives. Currently serving as a Student Success Coordinator at Shorelight since June 2023, Rhema previously held a Summer Internship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where efforts focused on health literacy and equity for teens. Prior roles include a Digital Marketing Internship at Ogilvy, where engagement in campaign strategies and content creation took place, and a Peer Mentor position at UMass Boston, providing academic support and technological guidance to students. Additionally, Rhema contributed to marketing efforts at Navitas and served as a Student Outreach Associate, facilitating events and promoting community among a diverse student body.
