Beena Nair

Beena Nair is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management, learning and development, and human resource information systems. Currently serving as Regional COE Lead for Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HRIS at Hitachi Astemo since April 2022, Beena previously held roles at Hitachi Automotive Systems as Talent Development Manager for the Brakes Business Unit and at Chassis Brakes International, where responsibilities included Human Resource Information System Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Beena's career began at Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd, where significant experience was gained as Human Resources Manager, focusing on various functions including imports, sales controlling, and coordination, as well as serving as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
