Jessica Randazzo

Jessica Randazzo is an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager with over a decade of experience in grant administration, policy development, and program management. Currently serving at SHP Management since May 2018, Jessica previously held a similar role at PK Management, LLC, where responsibilities included managing grant applications and required reporting. Jessica’s extensive background also features positions such as Project Coordinator at Boys Town, where office and scheduling management were key tasks, and Case Coordinator at Heartland Family Service, focusing on client relations and case management. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Bellevue University and two Bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
