Paul Applebaum

Paul Applebaum serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit and Compensation Committees at Shure Incorporated since 2003. With extensive experience in executive leadership roles, Applebaum held positions including Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Facilities Officer, Chief Business Development Officer, and Chief Communications Officer at Shure from 2004 to 2023. Prior to Shure, Applebaum was a Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and D'Ancona & Pflaum LLC, focusing on Corporate, Finance, and Securities law. Additional experience includes leadership at JCYS, various legal roles at Mayer Brown and Sperling & Slater, and serving as a Research Assistant for the Illinois General Assembly. Education includes a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
