Thomas Reffle

Thomas Reffle is an accomplished Senior Principal Scientist at Shurtape Technologies, LLC, with expertise in pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA), including UV & Solvent Acrylics and Master Rubber Formulation. Reffle's background spans over three decades, including significant roles as Research and Development Group Lead at Parker-Hannifin, specializing in thermosetting elastomers and aerospace applications, and serving as a PSA expert at Arizona Chemical. Previous experience also includes positions at Avery Dennison, where Reffle led initiatives in hot melt adhesives, and The Dow Chemical Company, focusing on adhesive formulation for specialty tapes.
