Heather McBride-Morse

Heather McBride-Morse has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Heather is currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and Global Head of People at Shyft since October 2021. In addition, they are a Founding Member of the HackingHR Experts Council at Hacking HR since January 2022. Heather is also a member of CPOHQ at Knoetic | CPOHQ, the premier platform for Chief People Officers to learn from each other, since July 2022. Previously, they held the position of Chief People Officer at The Suddath Companies from August 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, Heather worked at Fiserv for over 12 years, holding various roles including Vice President of Human Resources. Heather also gained experience at Eaton Hydraulics and Honeywell as a Plant HR Manager and Sr HR Consultant, respectively. Heather started their career as an Employment Project Specialist at Raymond James.

Heather McBride-Morse holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Kentucky. Heather also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International/Global Studies from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they have additional certifications including a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index and a Hogan certification from Hogan Assessment Systems. Heather is also pursuing Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
