Cláudia Teixeira's work experience begins in 2010 as a Guest Relations Executive at Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, where they completed a Management Development Program in Revenue Management. Cláudia then worked as a Sales Executive at The Montcalm Hotels Collection before transitioning to a role as a Consultant at Winning Management Consulting. In 2013, they joined Winning Scientific Management as the Head of the Business Case Competency Center. Alongside this role, they became the CEO of the Business Case Institute in 2015. Teixeira also worked as an Invited Professor at the ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and the Universidade Europeia, teaching subjects related to business cases. Cláudia later served as a Project Manager at TAP Air Portugal and the PMO at Siemens - GS IT. Cláudia'smost recent role is as a Project Manager at SIBS, beginning in October 2018.

In 2005-2009, they obtained a degree in Business and Management Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

In 2009-2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Hotel Management from Les Roches Marbella, Swiss School of Hotel Management.

From 2013-2015, they completed a Master's degree in Management Control and Business Performance from INDEG-IUL | ISCTE Executive Education.

In 2017, they participated in the Programa Avançado de Marketing para Executivos at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

In 2019-2020, they pursued a post-graduation in Information Systems and Technologies Management at NOVA IMS Information Management School.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications. In 2016, they obtained the Innovation Associate (Level 1) certification from GIMI (Global Innovation Management Institute). In 2017, they achieved the certifications of Scrum Master from the International Scrum Institute™ and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. In 2021, they completed a course on The Future of Payment Technologies through Coursera. Furthermore, they acquired the CCP Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas from IEFP in 2014. In 2012, they completed the Revenue Maximization Course and in 2011, the Management Development Program in Revenue Management, both from Marriott International. Cláudia has also participated in the Pitch Bootcamp as a mentor.
