Brian Ho

Brian Ho is Director of Customer Experience at Sidewalk Labs.

As an interdisciplinary designer with a background in architecture, Brian focuses on making both the built environment and urban technology better for people.

Prior to joining Sidewalk Labs, Brian graduated from the Master in Design Engineering program at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. His portfolio includes developing an augmented reality interface for building performance at the Harvard Center for Green Buildings and Cities, improving accessibility with the Boston Mayor’s Office of New Urban Mechanics, designing a public environmental center at Leroy Street Studio in NYC, and planning post-Hurricane Katrina land use at Waggonner & Ball Architects. Brian received a B.A. in Architecture from Yale University, spent a year at Columbia University’s M.Arch program, and is a LEED AP BD+C professional.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys running, biking, climbing, and the pursuit of good coffee.
