Darrell Hall

Darrell Hall is Director of Commercial Transactions at Sidewalk Labs, providing legal support and advice on a variety of business transactions as well as working on governance-related matters.

Prior to Sidewalk, Darrell was an in-house lawyer with MetLife for over 17 years in a variety of roles, mostly focused on international corporate transactions. Prior to MetLife, Darrell worked at law firms in New York (Covington & Burling and Davis Polk), managed the editorial department of an investor relations company in Tokyo, taught English as a second language, and helped produce children's books.

Darrell enjoy cycling in Prospect Park, exploring the Brooklyn dining scene, and walking his dog around the borough for which he is named.
