Kamil Kaczynski

Kamil Kaczynski is Director of Total Rewards at Sidewalk Labs.

Prior to Sidewalk Labs, Kamil was at Peloton for three years where he built out a compensation and benefits function prior to the company's IPO. He later oversaw payroll, people systems, and analytics prior to moving over to the finance team where he focused on headcount planning and forecasting. Prior to Peloton, he spent five years at IAC, overseeing the equity administration of plans for a handful of private and public companies under their umbrella. He began his career at Glass Lewis, an institutional advisory firm where he led the company's research in European Executive Compensation.

Kamil holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in Philosophy and Economics. He enjoys cooking and grilling and hitting the gravel roads on his bike.
