Shaina Li

Shaina Li is an Associate Director of Business Development for Sidewalk Labs.

Shaina's past work spans real estate private equity (Colony Capital); investment and asset and project management (Hines); real estate negotiations, market expansion, and partnerships for a property management co-living startup (Common); and most recently led business development and operations at a modular construction startup (Social Construct).

At Hines, she acquired and managed commercial buildings, making a business plan for each building and then executed on the plan including the upgrades. In her recent roles at early-stage real-estate startups, she led commercialization.

Shaina graduated with a Bachelor of Art's in Architecture from Princeton University. She is passionate about disabilities advocacy and serves on the Board of The Kelsey, a nonprofit that is currently building over 200 new inclusive housing units in the Bay Area. She is now her hometown of San Francisco, where she and her husband are consistently in search of the next best bowl of noodles.
