Kirbey Smith Velasquez

Kirbey Smith Velasquez is a seasoned professional in legal recruiting with extensive experience in coordinating recruitment processes at prominent law firms. Currently serving as a Lateral Legal Recruiting Coordinator at Sidley Austin LLP since March 2021, Kirbey oversees various aspects of the lateral recruiting process, including job postings, interview coordination, offer letter drafting, and new lawyer onboarding.
