Marta Jimeno

Marta Jimeno currently serves as the Head of the Inclusion & Diversity program office at Siemens Energy, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Marta was the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Siemens Gamesa for two decades, where various roles also included responsibilities in global mobility and compensation. Involvement with EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s began in April 2021 as a member. Marta's educational background features extensive studies in human resources, business administration, and international business from reputable institutions such as Esade, IESE Business School, and University of Deusto, among others.
