Nicole Dette

Nicole Dette has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over three decades at Siemens Energy and Siemens AG. Since September 1990, Nicole has served as an HR Business Partner in the Local HR Department at Siemens Energy. In addition, Nicole has been involved with Community New Ways of Working as a New Way of Working Pro since July 2020. Previous roles at Siemens AG include HR Consultant and Team Assistant, contributing valuable expertise to both local and global HR teams. Nicole completed education at Siemens AG in Erlangen, obtaining a degree as Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation between 1990 and 1992.
