Jose Gaztelumendi Lekuona

Jose Gaztelumendi Lekuona has extensive experience in the materials supply chain within the wind energy sector, having worked at Siemens Gamesa from April 2001 to September 2025. In this role, Jose served as Outbound Manager, leading the supply chain development for Built to Print and CoDevelopment blade materials, alongside responsibilities in material/component validation and qualification. Prior positions included Blade Base Materials Team Leader and Blade Materials Team Leader, focusing on supply chain and qualification processes. Jose started a career in materials engineering at Gamesa Aeronáutica from April 2001 to March 2008. Educational background includes a Licenciado en Ciencias Químicas (Polímeros) from EHUL, completed from January 1990 to January 1996.
