Jose Juan Rodriguez is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations and Head of HPS at Siemens Healthineers since May 2017. With a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Rodriguez is responsible for implementing continuous improvement tools and driving waste elimination and problem-solving initiatives at POC Ottawa.
