Simran Kaur Zampieri

Simran Kaur Zampieri currently serves as Vice President & Head of Strategy and Innovation at Siemens Healthineers, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Simran was a Mentor at Techstars from September 2023 to April 2024 and founded POWER WOMEN in January 2021, launching a global digital platform focused on women's health and career advancement. Experience includes leading digital strategy and marketing at Finablr, presiding over the INSEAD Alumni Association UAE, establishing marketing functions at Philips for the Middle East and Turkey, and directing product management at Gumbuya Inc. Earlier roles included product development at Siemens Healthcare and a software engineering position at Siemens PLM Software. Simran holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Software Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
