Nils Hagemann

Nils Hagemann is a seasoned professional in Employee Experience Management, currently positioned as a Senior Consultant at Siemens since August 2021. Previously, Nils served as an HR Project Manager at Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen Co., Ltd. from December 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included developing talent management frameworks, managing performance and talent processes, and designing leadership development programs.
