Figen Eren

Figen Eren-Gangloff joined Sienna Capital in March 2020 as Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining Sienna Capital, Ms. Eren-Gangloff worked for LVMH and L Catterton Real Estate (fka L Real Estate) as Director heading Legal, Compliance and Risk Management. She was also Conducting Officer for Compliance and Risk Management authorised by the CSSF.

Ms. Eren-Gangloff started her career at the Court of Justice of the European Union. After that, she worked for international law firms in Luxembourg where she gained experience in Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment funds and litigation laws. Then she joined Oaktree Capital Management, as Director heading the legal and corporate secretary department.

She also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at several boards including Alarko Carrier Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, a public company listed at Istanbul Stock Exchange and member of the US group United Technologies.

Ms. Eren-Gangloff earned a Master’s degree in law and a Postgraduate Diploma (D.E.S.S.) in European Law from the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg (France) and the Institut Universitaire International of Luxembourg.

She is a member of Luxembourg Bar Association since 2003 and is a CSSF authorised Director. She is also a member of ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs), and ALCO (Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers).
