Dale Wallis

Dale Wallis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, business ownership, and project oversight, primarily within the senior living and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations for Sienna Senior Living since November 2025, Dale has also been the owner of Tangled Willow, focusing on property and economic development since November 2008. Previous roles include Executive Director positions at Atria Retirement Canada and Atria Senior Living, as well as General Manager at Canada Bridge and Minty's Moving. Dale has a solid background in asset and project management at Parks Canada, overseeing a significant asset portfolio, and has previously managed operations at Elkhorn Resort Spa & Conference Centre. His educational qualifications include a Senior Managers Program from McGill University, a Computer Science degree from RRC Polytech, and studies in various disciplines from the University of Manitoba and the University of Victoria.
