Paul Osborn

Paul Osborn is an experienced BI Technical Lead with a robust background in data warehousing and business intelligence. Since August 2014, Paul has successfully led custom BI/DW upgrade projects at Sierra-Cedar, building on a previous role where project management responsibilities were assumed mid-course to deliver a data warehouse project efficiently. Prior to joining Sierra-Cedar, Paul served as a Principal Consultant at CIBER, Inc., specializing in custom OBIEE dashboards, SQL view construction, and various technical lead roles. With experience dating back to 1989, Paul has developed a strong foundation in software development, sales consulting, and product management, including founding DBAware, a performance monitoring tool, and significantly increasing product sales at Noetix. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
