Marc Giulianotti

Marc Giulianotti is an accomplished professional in the fields of biopharma and biotechnology, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Business Development at Sierra Space since April 2022, where responsibilities include market intelligence and securing significant contracts. Previously, Marc led a research group at Florida International University and held the position of Director of Science and Technology at the International Space Station U.S. National Laboratory, overseeing initiatives resulting in substantial funding and technological advancements in space-based research. Additional roles include VP of Business Development at Assuage Pharmaceuticals and Director of Chemistry Operations at Torrey Pines Institute for Molecular Studies, with a strong background in securing funding, negotiating intellectual property agreements, and leading research initiatives totaling over $30 million. Marc holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry from UC San Diego, an MBA from San Diego State University, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of South Florida.
