Michelle Hoffmann

Michelle Hoffmann is an experienced engineer specializing in materials and processes, currently serving as a TPS Materials Engineer at Sierra Space since June 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Materials and Process Engineer at Sierra Nevada Corporation from January 2018 to June 2021. Michelle began their professional journey at the Colorado School of Mines, contributing as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Colorado Center for Advanced Ceramics and the Center for Welding, Joining, and Coatings Research. Additionally, Michelle gained practical experience through internships at Nucor Steel and Wison Engineering Ltd., both in 2016 and 2015 respectively. Michelle earned a degree from the Colorado School of Mines, where studies were completed from 2013 to 2017, after graduating from Weld Central High School.
