Kelly Palmiero

As the Director of Resident Experience, Kelly Palmiero, brings over 19 years of customer service, sales and management experience to Sierra Tucson. In this role, Kelly works closely with facility and division leaders to evaluate, analyze, develop, and deliver service packages that will best meet resident needs. She is dedicated to working collectively with all departments in an effort to develop procedures and optimize the treatment process to enhance the resident experience at Sierra Tucson.

Prior to her appointment at Sierra Tucson Kelly worked in the Medical Aesthetics industry at Ideal Image for 9 years, most recently in the role of Area Manager; overseeing 22 nursing professionals, 9 sales consultants and 11 customer care receptionists. In 2018, Kelly was appointed as the regional sales trainer for Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah. Prior to Ideal Image, Kelly served as the Director of Operations for a large fitness franchise overseeing daily operations and financial management for three locations and over 13,000 members.

Kelly has made a career of helping people change their lives and is excited to join the behavioral health field and continue to help change lives and inspire healing.
