Leads dry eye marketing efforts at Sight Sciences’ for TearCare , previously Jim held similar commercial leadership positions at Galderma (skincare division of Nestle) and Alcon.

Jim Sluck brings nearly 30 years of medical industry strategy development and commercial execution to Sight Sciences.

During his 23 year tenure at Alcon, he held escalating positions of leadership in sales, managed markets, domestic marketing, global marketing and finally Head of U.S. Pharmaceutical Marketing before moving to the global leader in dermatology, Galderma, as Vice President of U.S. Prescription marketing.

Jim earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
