James Dell'Olio

James Dell'Olio is the Co-Managing Partner at SIGHTHOUND Search Partners, a boutique executive search firm specializing in commercial real estate. They previously served as President at Ferguson Partners’ New York office, focusing on senior-level assignments within the financial services community. Earlier in their career, James worked at TMP Worldwide, concentrating on the Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Structured Finance industries, after spending years in the Real Estate practice. James earned a B.A. from Vassar College, where they were inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and received a Maguire Fellowship, and is currently pursuing an M.A. at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, where they graduated magna cum laude and as Valedictorian.
