Rota Kalniņa

Rota Kalniņa is a skilled professional with a diverse background in design and analysis, currently serving as a Design Researcher at Sightsavers since August 2022, focusing on UX research and user-centered design education. Prior experience includes functioning as a User Experience Designer at Turn.lv, where Rota contributed to all stages of design while enhancing team efficiency through new tools and practices. During a brief tenure at the European Parliament, Rota gained insights into the complexities of accessibility testing as a Quality Assurance Test Analyst Trainee. Rota also held roles as a Junior System Analyst at MBIT, where task efficiency was significantly improved, and as a Digital Marketing Data Analyst at Virdivo, creating a performance analysis system that drastically reduced analysis time.
