Carina Aguilar Wallace is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and organizational culture. Currently serving as Director of People Operations at Sigma Computing since February 2025, Carina has held significant roles such as Head of People and Culture at Encoded Therapeutics Inc., and Director of People Experience/Operations at SWORD Health. Prior positions include Director of Human Resources/People Operations at ClearCare, and Human Resources Director at Viscira LLC, where innovative HR strategies were implemented for industries including pharmaceuticals and technology.
