Ionut Apetrei is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within technology research and development. Currently serving as Senior Manager Software Engineering at Signant Health since January 2023, Ionut has previously held positions such as Technical Leader at accesa.eu and Technical Design Lead at Cegeka Romania. With a foundation as a Senior Software Engineer at companies like NTT DATA Romania and Host Europe Group, Ionut has a strong background in software development, project management, and technical team leadership. Educationally, Ionut holds a Master's degree in Software Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Computer Science at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi. Research work during the PhD program focused on software systems verification and related programming languages.
