Jaspreet Kaur is the current General Manager of Human Resources at Signature Global. Jaspreet has over 18 years of experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, strategic HR, learning and development, HR policies, employee relations, PMS, OD, ethics and compliance, and organization development.

Kaur has a proven track record of successfully implementing innovative and mature approaches to solving HR matters. Jaspreet is a people-focused leader who is driven by results. Throughout their career, they have successfully implemented HR systems and processes across multiple organizations that have resulted in the development of people.

Most recently, Kaur was an HR & IR Consultant with Infrastructure, Manufacturing & IT companies. In this role, they were responsible for the overall HR function of a reputed organization. Prior to that, they were Plant HR at a confidential company.

Jaspreet Kaur has a background in business and commerce, with a general focus. Jaspreet pursued their MBA in Human Resources Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and their Master of Software Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Delhi University. Jaspreet also holds certifications from QAI in CMM and from IIEM in Diploma in Export Management.
