Lidia Sufisz

Lidia Sufisz is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Currently serving as Salesforce Project Coordinator/Scrum Master at Sii Poland, Lidia manages project timelines, engages stakeholders, and ensures project execution aligns with business objectives. Previous roles include Scrum Master at home.pl and Craftware, where Lidia supported multiple teams and provided Agile solutions. Lidia also has a background in NGO management and education, founding Fundacja Proyecto Domeyko Polska and serving as a Spanish language expert over a decade. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Spanish from the University of Silesia and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
