Rick Holt is an experienced leader in the fintech and payments industries, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Ava since August 2023 and at Sila since January 2020. Holt holds the position of Chief Revenue Officer at TrovaTrip since July 2020 and previously founded and operated SOLE® Financial, achieving a successful exit in August 2019, where Holt served as CEO. Additionally, Holt founded and led Aptus, also achieving a successful exit in April 2013. Prior to entrepreneurial ventures, Holt held significant roles at E*TRADE and US West, including Vice President of Sales and General Manager. Holt is an alumnus of the University of Washington.
