Mikko Sojonen

Mikko Sojonen is a seasoned professional in the technology sector with extensive experience in research and development, sourcing, and quality management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of R&D Learning and Development at Silicon Labs, Mikko has also held the roles of Chief of Staff to the CTO and PMO Lead. Prior to that, Mikko worked at Bluegiga Technologies, where roles included Senior Manager of Sourcing & Quality and Manager of Component Sourcing & Quality. Mikko began a career in electronics design at Helvar Oy. Educationally, Mikko holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Applied Electronics, Industrial Engineering, and Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
