Sumit Sadana

Sumit Sadana serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer at Micron Technology since June 2017, overseeing all business units and the company's P&L, corporate strategy, business development, and global communications. Sadana is also a member of the Board of Directors at Silicon Labs, holding the position of Lead Independent Director. Previously, Sadana contributed to the governance of Second Harvest Food Bank and served as Managing Principal at Sunrise Capital Management LLC, advising technology companies on various strategic initiatives. In earlier roles, Sadana was Executive Vice President at SanDisk, where management of a $1 billion enterprise business took place, and held senior positions at Freescale Semiconductor and IBM, focusing on strategy, business development, and electronic design technology solutions. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
