Andre Boulais has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Andre began their career in 2005 at Kforce, where they worked as an Executive Recruiter and later became a Talent Director in Finance and Accounting. In 2012, they joined Salesforce as a Global Talent Acquisition Strategist and later became the Head of Global Sourcing for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. During their time at Salesforce, Andre successfully led and scaled a global talent acquisition sourcing team, resulting in significant cost savings.

In 2014, Andre joined Jobvite as the Director of Professional Services, where they focused on service delivery, revenue retention, and customer success. Andre later became the Senior Director of Professional Services, leading the team in delivering exceptional results.

In 2020, Andre's career took a new turn as they became the Vice President of Customer Success at Entelo, where they were responsible for the complete turnaround of the company, driving growth, revenue retention, and customer success. Their success at Entelo led to the company's acquisition by SilkRoad Technology, where they continued to make a significant impact as the Vice President of Strategy. At SilkRoad, Andre worked on revolutionizing the candidate experience and partnered with HR leaders to accelerate their talent acquisition and DE&I initiatives.

In addition to their professional accomplishments, Andre has also been involved in extracurricular activities, serving as a president, match secretary, co-captain, and philanthropy board member at White River Rugby. Andre played a crucial role in furthering the sport and establishing the first-ever Indiana Scholarship for high school rugby players.

Andre Boulais attended Ben Davis High School from 1995 to 1997, where they earned honors in English Literature (British and Commonwealth). Andre then pursued a Bachelor's degree in the same field at DePauw University from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have attained certification as a Jobvite Engage Certified professional from Jobvite.
