Matthew Hussey

Matthew Hussey has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Matthew started their career as a Global Trainee Intern at Tenaris in 2011. Matthew then joined Chesapeake Energy in 2012 as a Reservoir Engineering Intern. In 2013, they became a Field Engineer at Chesapeake Energy and later transitioned into roles such as Production Engineer and Reservoir Engineer. In 2015, they became a Completions Engineer at Chesapeake Energy.

In 2018, Hussey moved to SilverBow Resources where they initially worked as a Business Development Engineer. Matthew then held the position of Senior Reservoir Engineer and Completions Supervisor. In 2022, they became the Asset Development Manager (Reservoir & Geology) and eventually took on the role of Production Operations and Facilities Manager.

Hussey's work experience demonstrates their expertise in reservoir engineering, completions, and production operations within the oil and gas industry.

Matthew Hussey attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with Honors in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with Honors in Engineering Route to Business.
