Peter H.

Peter H. is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in banking and finance. Currently serving as Divisional CFO at Simmons Bank since June 2025, Peter previously held key leadership roles at Associated Bank from December 2007 to May 2025, including Director of Finance for both Corporate and Commercial Banking. In these roles, Peter led financial teams in analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while implementing RAROC bank-wide. Peter also has experience at U.S. Bank, where responsibilities included providing analytical support and budgeting for the Western Metropolitan States branch network. Peter holds an MSAE in Applied Economics from Marquette University and completed the Financial Managers School at the UW Madison Graduate School of Banking. Additionally, Peter earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the Lubar College of Business.
