Zachary Rowan

Zachary Rowan currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Simon Fraser University and has held the position of Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Irvine, since July 2017. Rowan's experience includes a role as a Research Associate with Choice Research Associates since February 2014 and a Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland from August 2011 to July 2017. Additional professional experiences encompass providing support to the Committee on Law and Justice Statistics at the American Statistical Association, conducting research at The Sentencing Project, and interning at Pessin Katz Law, P.A., and the Justice Research and Statistics Association. Rowan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology from the University of Maryland in 2016, following a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the same institution in 2011.
