Natalia Glińska is a skilled talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global recruiting strategies and management. Currently serving as Global Manager Talent Acquisition at Simon-Kucher since November 2025, Natalia oversees the entire recruiting process and collaborates with hiring managers and HR teams worldwide.
