David Snow

Dave Snow was promoted to the leadership of Simon & Schuster Human Resources in March 2020. In his position he has overall responsibility for Simon & Schuster Human Resources across all countries, and Facilities. He is responsible for all Human Resources functions, systems and programs including diversity and inclusion initiatives, staffing, benefits, compensation and professional development.

Mr. Snow joined the company in December 2010. In his time at Simon & Schuster, Mr. Snow and HR staff have implemented numerous employee retention & development programs, leadership training, performance management, compensation tools and strategies. They have also worked closely with the various divisions throughout the company to help them develop a culture of innovation and adaptation, positioning the company to exploit new opportunities for publishing in the digital era.

Previously Mr. Snow held senior Human Resources positions at Omnicom Group/Emanate Public Relations, LG Electronics, and other major media organizations including The Nielsen Company, Time Warner and Scholastic Corporation.

Mr. Snow received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master’s degree from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology, and a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University. He lives in Irvington New York, with his family.
