Shon Garman-Davenport

Shon Garman-Davenport is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and management. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Operations for Software & Payments at Simpli.fi since June 2022, Shon simultaneously operates The GD Farm as a business owner since January 2019. Prior roles include Sales Director for Payment Solutions at The Advantage Software Company, Vice President and Financial Center Manager at Bank of America, and Store Manager at JCPenney. Recognized as a 2020 Valiant Award recipient and recipient of the Presidents Volunteer Award, Shon has demonstrated leadership as a Relationship Banker Development Leader and active participation in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Shon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Missouri State University.
